Commissioning

We support safe and efficient start-up of machines, lines and upgraded systems. Our commissioning services include I/O testing, network establishing, PLC/HMI verification, drive setup, sequence testing, alarm checks, troubleshooting and production start-up support.

Commissioning

Overview

Commissioning

Commissioning is the moment when engineering meets real production. Drawings, PLC software, drives, networks and mechanical systems must work together under real conditions, with limited time and clear pressure to start production.

We provide commissioning support for new machines, production lines, retrofits and modernization projects. Our focus is on safe start-up, stable operation and practical problem solving during the most critical phase of an automation project.

During commissioning, we test and verify PLC logic, HMI/SCADA functions, I/O signals, drives, sensors, actuators, safety interfaces, communication networks and machine sequences. We do not only check whether the system starts — we verify that it works correctly, consistently and reliably.

We support cold and hot commissioning, functional testing, loop checks, drive setup, network diagnostics, sequence testing, alarm verification, operator testing and production start-up. When problems appear, we troubleshoot systematically and coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production and maintenance teams.

Our experience includes automation systems from various vendors, VFD and servo drives, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT communication networks, OPC UA, HMI/SCADA applications and integration with higher-level systems.

Good commissioning reduces the risk of unstable production after handover. That is why we focus on clear testing, proper verification, documentation updates, operator feedback and knowledge transfer to maintenance teams.

Commissioning is often where hidden design, wiring, software and process issues become visible. Our role is to identify them early, solve them correctly and help the system reach stable production as quickly as possible.

Whether you are starting a new line, upgrading an existing machine or restarting equipment after modernization, we can help you commission the system safely, efficiently and with confidence.
